Working at Zure
Zure is a brand new face in the Azure consultancy scene in the Netherlands. We launched with a small team in May 2025 in the Netherlands, backed by over 100 Azure experts across Europe and are looking to expand our team with seasoned Azure consulting experts. This is your chance to join this team, bring your Azure expertise to our customers and build Zure in the Netherlands together.
Our philosophy is following the “Teach a man how to fish” mantra. We believe our customers should own their digital & cloud journey but often lack the skills, vision or ability to execute. That is where we come in: show them what is possible by implementing technical solutions on Azure, after that learn them to do it themselves by doing it together and after that make sure they will be fine without us so we can move to help the next customer keeping the relation alive and staying their trusted advisor.
Roar at Challenge
We want to make a real impact at our customers. We aim to work on hard problems. This makes us better and better and gives us an edge over our competitors. We look for people who love to work on the cutting edge of technology and love taking on challenges they might have never conquered before. Being able to do this requires the right attitude. We believe working in an environment of people who have this Roar at challenge attitude makes everyone grow in their career and help grow Zure as a whole. Is it for everyone? No it isn’t. Continuous improvement
We need people with a growth mindset. Mistakes will be made when working on this cutting edge and with lots of unknowns. We believe in owning our mistakes: celebrating them, learning from them, growing from them. We do not blame people for their mistakes but make sure we own them so we can be better next time. Transparency is key for this as is giving and receiving feedback. To improve ourselves we have keep challenging each other and that can only happen through honest clear feedback.
People at our core
People are the main asset of our company. They are our company. That’s why our people own our company. Everyone who works at Zure has the possibility to own a part of Zure. Every part of Zure is owned by our people. No external funding and stakeholders who are not part of our day to day culture. Zure is founded and lead by people who can code and still write code. This makes it so we know what our people need to make this a great place to work. Have an idea to improve our culture? Help us improve it together, we don’t have management layers and try to keep things simple. We trust the people who we hire to make smart decisions so we don’t need to check on you. We also trust that if you need help you’ll ask for help, and we will support you wherever we can.
Community
Zure loves the community. Most of the founders of the different Zure countries met in the Microsoft community at conferences. We believe Zure and it’s employees should be part of the community. Learning together with the community and giving back through knowledge sharing with the community. At Zure we make sure that there is room to play a role in the community by going to meetups and conferences together but also freeing up time and budget to contribute to the community by speaking at conferences, organizing them or any other activity that might contribute to building a better community.
Do you see yourself fit in this team?
We don’t have a very explicit job description. We believe in empowering you with your strengths. We do have our focus areas in the Netherlands on which we want to help our customers. As mentioned we want to build a high performing team of Azure experts that can help our customers be better with Azure. We specialize in Azure Platform Engineering, building modern cloud native applications with AI & helping customers with Data on Azure. Working at Zure is not only about hard skills. We aim to build a team that is working together often, learning from each other, making every member of the team grow. We try to combine working at customer site with working in our office (working on that now in Utrecht region) and working from home. People are flexible in this as we trust their judgement what works best. We do aim to be together as often as possible to build this team that can rely on each other.
